Online Account Management

Registration
If you are a first-time visitor to the store, you will need to register with us. Registering will allow access to purchase at the store and will make your subsequent visits quicker. Any information you provide is held with the utmost care and security. To read more about this, see our Privacy Policy.
Password
If you forget your password, you can request that it be sent to your email address from the Sign In page. Summit Group cannot give passwords out over the phone, nor can we e-mail them to a different e-mail address than the one used to register the account.
Order History
First, login to the site by clicking Login and entering your e-mail address and password. Once you have logged into the site you can click the My Account button located in the top tool bar menu to access your account information.

From this screen you can then click on Order History link. Each order that you have placed will have its own link as well as the total charge and date the order was created. Click the link of the order you wish to view. You will be presented with that order's receipt page.

To view order delivery tracking status, please click the link at the bottom of the receipt page. A new window will open, and you will be viewing your tracking information on the UPS site once your order has shipped.

If you have a question about a previous order that cannot be answered by viewing your order history, please contact us.

Billing Information

Payment and Billing
Please be aware that not all programs allow all payment and billing types. Please contact us for clarification on the rules for your program.

Order Confirmation and Shipping

Order Confirmation
You will see a confirmation page with your order number after completing the purchasing process. Please print that page for your records. An email confirmation will also be sent within 24 hours. To check the status of your order at any time, login to the site and then click on the Order History link within the My Account page.
Shipping Point of Origin
Summit’s primary warehouse is in Carol Stream, IL. However, custom orders that ship directly from a manufacturer may originate from any of the contiguous 50 states. Please contact us if you have questions.
Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping options. All available shipping methods will appear in your shopping cart at the time of checkout. To view the applicable shipping charges, enter the shipping address zip or postal code in the text box provided. Final shipping charges are shown before checkout.
Shipping Notice – In-stock Inventory
We ship all in-stock orders within 2 business days of receipt. You will receive a shipping notice with a live tracking number as soon as your order ships. UPS may not offer tracking service until they have verified the package into their shipping stream.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy
Please be aware that not all items are eligble for returns or exchanges. Items that are not eligible for returns or exchanges will be noted on the product page. If your item is eligible for a return or exchange, the following policies and procedures apply:.
Returns and Exchanges Process
Should it become necessary to return any product, contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#). Unauthorized returns without an RA# will not be accepted. All returned products must be complete and include all components of the item being returned, such as cables, adapters, etc. Made to Order items are not eligible for returns.

Please note that all returns and exchanges for products that are not damaged or defective may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Worn apparel items and any customized product shipped directly from the manufacturer are not eligible for return.
Shipping Damage
Inspect all packages immediately upon receipt. You may refuse delivery of a damaged package. All damages, shortages or errors must be reported to Summit within one week of receipt of the package. Please have the order number ready when you contact us so that we may file a damage claim with the carrier. Once the carrier has confirmed the damaged shipment, a replacement unit will be shipped at no expense to you.
Defective or Incorrect Product
Please contact us within 30 days of receipt for help replacing defective or incorrect product.

For product being returned within 30 days of receipt, if it shipped from Summit’s warehouse, we would provide a Return Authorization number and have UPS issue a pre-paid call tag for return of the items to Summit’s warehouse. Return the product to Summit within 10 business days of receipt of the call tag and include all product components. Be sure to include the Return Authorization number on the outside of the return packaging. Any agreed upon replacement item(s) will be shipped once the defective product has been received and inspected at Summit’s warehouse.

For product that originally shipped direct from a supplier’s facility, we will coordinate with the supplier to have the items in question picked up. Once the supplier has received and inspected the returned product, any agreed upon replacement item(s) will be shipped directly from the supplier. All components of the product must be returned.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for reasons other than damage, defective, or incorrect item contact us within 30 days of receipt of the product to initiate such an exchange. No returns or exchanges may be made after 30 days.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, in original packing materials, and include all components. Apparel that has been worn is not eligible for return. Merchandise not in conformity with these requirements will be subject to a reduced credit up to the full value of the product.

We will provide you with a Return Authorization number that should be included on the outside of the return packaging. Return the unwanted product to Summit within 10 business days of receipt of the Return Authorization number. It is your responsibility to pay for any shipping costs associated with the return. Retain the receipt from the carrier for your records.

For product shipped from Summit, credit will only be issued once the unit has been received and inspected at Summit’s warehouse. For items being returned to a supplier other than Summit, credit will only be issued once the supplier has received and inspected the product being returned.
Refused Shipments
If you choose to refuse a shipment for any reason other than shipping damage, you will be responsible for all shipping charges and a restocking charge of 15% may be deducted from any credit issued.
